Electricians from Poland for projects in the Netherlands

SIPRIX is a Polish electrical subcontractor for industry. Since February 2025 we have worked in the Netherlands for general contractors and installation companies, mainly in the high-tech and food industries. Each crew has its own team leader.

• Hours on site: more than 8,000

• Crew size: up to 8 electricians per project so far; larger crews available

• Regions: Groningen, North Brabant, North Holland and the Port of Rotterdam (Maasvlakte)

• VCA: 13 staff with a valid VCA certificate

Posting to the Netherlands: what our office handles

• A1 certificate for every worker

• Notification of every assignment to the Dutch posting portal (postedworkers.nl) before the start

• Pay at least at Dutch minimum terms: the statutory minimum wage and the core terms of the generally binding collective agreement

• VCA-certified electricians on projects where VCA is required

• Accommodation and transport for the crew

How we work

• A team leader coordinates the crew with your site manager and reports progress every day

• Installation to your drawings, method statements and NEN 1010

• Site language is English; every crew has at least one English speaker

• Start usually about 1.5 weeks after the order
