Frequently asked questions

What does SIPRIX do?

SIPRIX is a Polish electrical subcontractor for industrial projects. We provide crews of qualified electricians for electrical installation work: cable trays, cable pulling and termination, distribution boards and control cabinets, fire alarm systems and structured cabling. Our clients are general contractors and electrical companies across the EU.

In which countries do you work?

We have completed projects in 13 EU countries: Germany, Poland, France, the Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Sweden, Slovakia, Spain, Italy, Croatia, Bulgaria and Greece. Germany is our main market, with more than 110 projects.

How many electricians can you provide?

Our site team has more than 100 people: 85 electricians and 16 assistants. We usually send crews of 2 to 20 people to one site and add people as the project grows.

How quickly can a team start?

Usually within about 1.5 weeks of the order. The exact date depends on the country, the documents required on site and the size of the crew.

What qualifications do your electricians have?

Our electricians hold the Polish SEP electrical qualification. Many also have IPAF for mobile elevating work platforms, VCA/SCC safety certificates or UDT authorisations. We track health and safety training and medical checks for every worker.

Are your posted workers compliant with EU rules?

Yes. Every worker we post abroad has an A1 certificate. We file the posting notifications required in the host country and send copies of the documents to the client before the start.

Who manages the crew on site, and in which language?

Each crew has a team leader who coordinates the work with your site manager. Every crew includes at least one English-speaking member; German-speaking staff are available on request. Our office speaks Polish, English, German and Russian.

How do you invoice?

Usually at hourly rates per worker, based on timesheets signed on site. We invoice weekly or monthly, as agreed in the contract.

Do you arrange accommodation, transport and tools?

We organise accommodation and transport for our crews. Our electricians bring their own hand and power tools; lifts and heavy equipment are usually provided on site.

How do I request a team?

Send us the country and site location, the planned start date and duration, the number of electricians, the scope of work and any site requirements such as language, VCA/SCC or IPAF. Email cooperation@siprix-elektro.com or call +48 22 266 28 78.
